Job Title: Precision Machine Parts Polisher Technician Location: West Chester Pennsylvania Job Type: Full-Time 100% Onsite Compensation: $18.00 $24.00 per hour
Position Summary:
The Precision Machine Parts Polisher Technician is responsible for performing detailed finishing and polishing of medical device components to exact specifications. This role requires high precision strong manual dexterity and the ability to work in a regulated quality-driven manufacturing environment. The technician will also assist in assembling multi-component parts and maintaining consistent production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform precision polishing and finishing of medical device components
Execute detailed hand-finishing using small tools and fine techniques
Assemble multi-component parts according to specifications
Inspect components to ensure compliance with quality standards
Follow written work instructions SOPs and production guidelines
Maintain accurate and consistent output to meet daily production targets
Keep workstations clean organized and compliant with safety and facility standards
Support team operations and overall production workflow
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
2 3 years of experience in manufacturing production or mechanical assembly
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive precise tasks
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in precision manufacturing or machine shop environments
Technical training or certification in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
Familiarity with cleanroom assembly inspection or packaging processes
Work Environment:
Climate-controlled precision medical device manufacturing facility
Highly regulated environment with strict quality and compliance standards
Use of specialized tools and safety equipment (provided by employer)
Overtime may be required based on production needs
