As we expand our services and enhance the user experience we seek a dynamic and experienced ER Officer to join our growing team.
Administrative Investigations: Conduct fair objective and well-documented investigations into allegations of employee misconduct workplace complaints or policy violations. Gather and evaluate evidence conduct interviews and prepare investigation findings.
Disciplinary Case Management: Manage the end-to-end disciplinary process and ensure compliance with procedural due process requirements.
Grievance Handling & Conflict Resolution: Serve as a primary contact for employee grievances and workplace concerns. Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution between employees and leaders to support fair and constructive outcomes.
Leadership Advisory: Provide guidance to managers and leaders on employee relations issues disciplinary procedures workplace conduct concerns and policy interpretation.
Policy Interpretation & Implementation: Ensure consistent and fair application of company policies. Provide guidance to leaders and employees on proper policy interpretation and compliance.
Preventive Employee Relations: Identify trends and recurring workplace concerns that may present organizational risk. Recommend proactive interventions policy improvements or leadership support initiatives.
Legal & Compliance Coordination: Collaborate closely with Legal to ensure disciplinary actions and investigations are compliant with applicable labor laws and internal policies.

- Experience handling administrative investigations disciplinary processes and grievance management
- Experience in creating and implementing relevant workplace policies on effective Employee Relations
Preferred
- Experience working closely with Legal on employee relations cases
- Exposure to labor-management relations and workplace investigations
