What Youll do
Communicate with prospects in Arabic via phone chat or email
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates
Monitor and report on conversion performance and client feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Monitor conversion performance and report on key metrics insights and client feedback
Maintain high standards of customer service professionalism and cultural awareness in all communications
Requirements
Native or fluent Arabic speaker (essential)
French language is considered a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in Forex sales or conversion-focused roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
