About the Role:
The Premises Manager will have overall responsibility for the schools buildings grounds and facilities ensuring smooth day-to-day operation and compliance with all health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing the premises team including caretakers and maintenance staff.
Overseeing maintenance repairs and improvements across the school site.
Managing contracts with external suppliers and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
