BYD Europe BV located in Hoofddorp Netherlands. BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles including all-electric cars all-electric buses and all-electric forklift trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

-Act as the first point of contact for all HR matters for the BYD Europe Belgium entity (Denza) and also Belux region.
-Establish and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Belgium labor laws and also under the guidance of BYD HQ policy.
-Coordinate with our HQ HR team (China/Hungary/Netherlands) to implement corporate HR practices in recruitment onboarding offboarding performance management and employee engagement etc.
-Manage recruitment activities including job postings candidate screening and onboarding
-Manage employment contracts employee documentation and HR administration with SSC team support
-Manage coordinating payroll and benefits with external providers and SSC team
-Manage local employee relations workplace compliance and health & safety policies
-Contribute to culture building and employee experience in a growing cross-cultural environment

Requirements:

-Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
-5 years of experience in an HR role preferably in an international company.
-Good understanding of Belgian labor law and HR practices.
-Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
-Proactive hands-on and able to work independently in a start-up environment.
-Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Dutch and Chinese is a plus.
-Experience working with Chinese companies or in a multicultural setting is a plus.
-With management leadership experience with 510 members of HR team is a plus.
-Belgium HR practice is a must.
