The Group Demand and S&OP Manager plays a key role within the Supply Chain organization responsible for driving the forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across the Group.
The person in the role works closely together with Sales Marketing and Supply Chain teams to consolidate business insights translate market trends into accurate forecasts and ensure seamless alignment between demand and supply.
As the company is integrating various Business Units this role provides a great challenge in harmonizing and standardizing forecasting and S&OP practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Group demand planning and S&OP cycle
- Standardize and improve S&OP processes and workflows to support the companys growth and integration journey
- Create and improve systems and tools to get the best quality data availability
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to incorporate commercial insights and market intelligence into the demand plan
- Build reports and KPIs to measure forecast accuracy and other performance metrics
- Analyse forecast trends inventory levels and actual sales on product (group) level to support improving the overall demand plan
- Manage the demand planning team: 3 people located in different countries
Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in demand planning forecasting or S&OP within an international environment
- A masters degree in business administration supply chain management or a related discipline
- 4 years of experience in planning preferably within the FMCG industry and at least 2 years in demand planning
- Min 2 years managing a team
- Excellent analytical skills proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a focus on Excel
- ERP knowledge preferably Oracle (cloud)
- Self-starter and self-motivator with a high sense of urgency and ownership
- Fluent in English both oral and written. Being able to communicate in Dutch French or Spanish is a plus
- Able to work independently but also a team player
- Strong communication skills and good cultural awareness
