What Youll Bring:
Were looking for a Senior Manager Revenue to join our growing Finance team.
As Senior Revenue Manager you will be responsible for revenue planning forecasting reporting and strategic insights that support effective commercial outcomes across the UK and Europe. This is a highly visible role that works in close collaboration with Sales Solutions and Finance teams. You will contribute perspective thoughtful input and strategic guidance that supports sound commercial outcomes and sustained growth. You will help enhance existing ways of working and cultivate a supportive highperforming team that delivers timely insightdriven financial outcomes aligned with the groups longterm goals.
Day to Day Youll Be:
Lead Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the end to end revenue forecasting process delivering accurate and insightful projections.
Process & Systems Optimization: Champion best practices leverage latest tools and transform & simplify revenue models & processes to improve forecasting methodologies and accuracy
Month-End & Reporting Excellence: Ensure accurate timely month-end deliverables and drive improved visibility of revenue performance through dashboards KPIs and reporting packs.
Commercial Deal Support: Provide financial input scenario modelling and commercial insight for new deals supporting pricing approaches through margin review and assessment of P&L impact.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work in close partnership across GoToMarket (Sales) Solutions Finance and Executive teams proactively coordinating communication and timelines with UK and European stakeholders to promote alignment and transparency.
Team Development: Support and develop a team of senior finance professionals encouraging a collaborative inclusive and highperforming culture across multiple locations.
Finance Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Finance colleagues to contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience and support Finance as an engaging and supportive place to work.
Essential Skills & Experience:
A proven leader who inspires coaches and develops high-performing teams
A qualified accountant with strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on financial expertise in FP&A commercial finance or revenue analytics in a complex or fast paced environment
Deep understanding of revenue modelling forecasting methodologies and key commercial metrics with a high degree of commercial acumen and a proactive curious mindset
Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
A growth mindset champion who thrives on change encourages innovation and experience of building resilience within the team.
A strong sense of accountability with a flexible and strong work ethic
