Key Responsibilities
Identify and underwrite new commercial risks property & liability
Review and analyse renewals and endorsements
Manage workflow and ensure timely processing
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries
Maintain and develop strong broker relationships including visits when required
Stay up to date with regulations and underwriting standards
Support wider business initiatives and projects

Experience
3 years commercial underwriting experience
Strong understanding of underwriting operations
Confident analytical and decisionmaking skills
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding ability
Comfortable working independently in a local/home based environment
Progress toward CII preferred
Strong negotiation skills and a proactive mindset
