Finance Business Partner

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in enabling informed datadriven decisionmaking across our operations. Reporting to the Head of Finance Government & IFM youll help deliver highquality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Provide trusted financial partnership to leaders across the portfolio offering commercial insight and strategic guidance.
• Deliver accurate timely financial reporting and analysis to support performance forecasting budgeting and decisionmaking.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities supporting mitigation strategies and improvements across contracts and projects.
• Support monthend processes forecasting cycles and project performance reviews to ensure strong financial outcomes.
• Build positive working relationships across operational teams to streamline finance processes and drive continuous improvement.
  
  

What Youll Bring

• A degree in Accounting Business Commerce or similar with CPA/CA qualifications highly regarded.
• Proven experience partnering with operational and commercial leaders in a complex environment.
• Strong analytical capability with confidence working across budgets forecasts pricing models and financial reporting.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate clearly collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders.
• A growth mindset enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering outcomes that support highperforming teams.
