Job Summary

As Inventory Coordinator you will be responsible for reconciling stock across various depots and packhouses ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all system data. This role requires thorough discrepancy investigation and the ability to resolve all variances within established business timelines.

The Coordinator will adopt a systems-thinking approach to decision-making strategically analysing information to identify root causes develop policies establish plans and support the implementation of operational strategies.

Fruit Inventory Reconciliation
  • Daily reconciliation of Warehouse vs NetSuite Inventory
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Flag relevant business areas where dispcrepancies might affect operational planning and/ or sales.
  • Present information in a status pattern that permit direct action upon.
Damages / Loss / Sa0mples
  • Ensure appropiate coordination with Warehouse and Sales teams for a correct allocation
  • Claim filing & management.
  • Waste management
Inventory Analysis
  • Provide inventory analysis of what is committed available and indicate quality concerns.
  • Identify the priorities and control the execution of the usage plan.
  • Keep track of Blocked pallets and restrictions. Daily

    Reporting
  • Maintain and Ensure data integrity of the Supply Chain Dashbord.
  • Work with NetSuite Support and the Data Science team to create reports to give the business a visual of critical data points such as supply chain timing.
  • Case / history analysis identifying patterns whilst problem solving.
  • Report weekly inventory performance (Ins v/s Outs).
  • Report Inventories in transit from origin
  • Report Quality Status
  • Research correct and document nonconformances.

    Packaging Management and Procurement Assistance
  • Manage min/max levels of packaging.
  • Packaging use analysis.
  • Assist with packaging supplier procurement.
  • Inventory Supplies & purchasing

Master Data set up and maintenance of inventory related items and locations.

Cycle Counts



Requirements

  • Degree in business administration logistics or related field preferred
  • Experience with management systems - ERPs
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics management required preferably within fruit industry or fresh produce (preferred)
  • Fluent english and spanish
Technical Skills:
  • Computer literacy: MS Office (Advanced Excel) WordTeams Outlook.
  • Proficiency with supply chain and inventory management systems
  • Fruit and Warehouse Industry background.

  • Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
