About the job
To strengthen our IT team we are looking for a dedicated System Administrator (Windows) (m/f/d) to manage and further develop our systems at the operating system level.

Responsibilities
- Administering the entire internal system landscape from Windows 11-based local workstations to cloud instances
- Supporting the setup and management of LAN networks and Wi-Fi infrastructures while actively contributing to internal IT support and infrastructure improvements
- Developing small tools and scripts using PowerShell and an additional common programming language to automate recurring tasks (e.g. software installations) and optimize processes
- Analyzing and resolving system issues monitoring all systems and maintaining comprehensive system documentation
Key Qualifications
- Whether you have completed formal training as an IT specialist hold a degree in IT or have gained practical experience in Windows system administration we welcome diverse backgrounds
- Strong hands-on experience in creating maintaining and optimizing Group Policies (GPOs)
- Enjoyment of scripting and coding in PowerShell as well as in another programming language (C / C / C# / Python or similar)
- Ideally solid knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WLAN DHCP DNS IP configuration)
- Fluent German and good English skills
Desirables
- Experience working with VR/AR hardware or other specialized peripheral devices
- Knowledge in IT security and system hardening
- Experience with software and hardware lifecycle management
