About the role:

This is a unique opportunity for a systematic technically strong and driven individual to makea big impacton Gartners peer experiences roadmap as part of the Gartner Product Management group. We are looking for impact-driven self-motivated problem solvers bringingFull Stack experience.

Peer Experiences is a key initiative at Gartner focused on delivering faster more seamless access to real-world peer this roleyoullpartner closely with the product engineering team and collaborate across product design and QA to drive the technical execution of the roadmap and elevate the endtoend client experience. You will also play a critical role in mentoring engineers fostering best practices and supporting a smooth and reliable release process.

What you will do:

Assume major responsibility forPeerCommunity user-facing platforms.

Participate actively in architectural planning and decisions.

Design and build client-side architecture and functionality for web and mobile(React Native)

Design and build effective APIs and scalable backend systems.

Work closely with Design and Product teams to builda truly usefulproduct.

Understand user requirements and help understand and provide input into product strategy.

Build and enforce guidelines forcleanmaintainable code.

What you will need:

Must have

5 years of Frontend experience with ReactJS and witha track recordof shippinghighquality scalable UI experiences.

Handson experience with AI engineering including using agentic workflows and tools like ClaudeGitHubCopilot or Cursor to refactor support TDD and rapidly prototype.

Ability to work effectively in legacy codebases with meaningful technical debt helping drive a path toward improving code quality and structure.

Strong collaboration communication and adaptability thriving in fast-moving environments with changing or ambiguous requirements.

Proactivelyidentifiesrisks and takes ownership of solutionsmaintainingalignment with team goals during and after decision-making

Exposure tobackend services (Golang Java etc.).

Strong verbal English skills (we work in English!)

Nice to have / opportunity to learn (depending on the team)

Experience working with MongoDB or othernonSQLdatabases.

Mix of startup / enterpriseexperience ordemonstratedability to ship quickly with ahighownership mindset.

Ability to work across the stack when needed.
