Were entering a new growth phase and looking for a Construction Manager with strong experience in building construction and renovation someone ready to take ownership of our Projects Division lead project teams and drive project performance.
Youll be responsible for overseeing our construction project portfolio ensuring that projects are delivered safely profitably and to the high standards our clients expect.
This is a hands-on leadership role. While leading the division you will remain actively involved in major projects and work closely with Project Managers Superintendents Estimators and Project Coordinators as the team continues to grow.
You will help guide project planning execution and performance while building a strong culture of accountability and collaboration across our project teams.
Requirements
About You
Youve built your career in the building construction industry managing commercial or institutional projects and leading teams both on-site and in the office.
You know how to plan organize and execute construction work while keeping projects on schedule and financially on track.
Youre comfortable solving problems supporting project teams and stepping into projects when leadership and direction are needed.
Youve worked for a General Contractor or specialized building sub-trade understand how projects succeed in the field and are comfortable working alongside both site and office teams.
Who Were Looking For
You bring:
10 years of construction management experience in building construction
5 years of experience managing a team
Civil mechanical or construction engineering background (college or university)
Experience as Senior Leadership Team Member
