Role Overview
The Quality Analyst ERP will support transformation program by planning executing and managing testing activities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and integrated enterprise systems. This role requires strong functional testing expertise hands-on experience with D365 and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure highquality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Test Strategy Planning & Coordination Develop and maintain test strategies test plans and testing frameworks aligned with Symcors transformation roadmap.
Translate business requirements and functional specifications into comprehensive test deliverables.
Define scope for SIT integration testing regression cycles UAT readiness and cutover validation activities.

2. Test Case Development & Execution
Create and execute test cases test scripts and acceptance criteria for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related modules.
Validate end-to-end business processes across Finance Procurement Supply Chain and integrated systems.
Perform functional system and end-to-end validation within the ERP ecosystem.

3. Data Migration Testing (Oracle EBS D365) Validate data mapping cleansing and transformation rules.
Conduct detailed sourcetotarget data validation comparing Oracle EBS data with D365 migrated data.
Participate in mock migration cycles and support data reconciliation using SQL and reporting tools.

4. Defect Management
Log track analyze and triage defects using Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with development teams and Symcor SMEs to resolve issues.
Provide rootcause analysis and support continuous improvement of test coverage.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery Support Work closely with TCS onsite/offshore teams and Symcor business SMEs.
Support UAT preparation issue triage and provide enduser guidance.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies sprint planning and release management activities.

6. Compliance Reporting & Documentation Ensure adherence to TCS delivery standards and Symcors quality security and audit guidelines.
Maintain test metrics traceability matrices execution dashboards and signoff documentation.
Identify risks dependencies and potential impacts on test execution.


Required Skills & Experience:
36 years of professional QA experience in ERP or enterprise application transformation programs.
Strong handson experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
Experience with complex ERP integration testing across multiple systems.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps JIRA or similar test/defect management tools.
Ability to write SQL queries for validation and reconciliation.
Excellent communication and documentation skills; comfortable collaborating with client and technical teams.


Preferred Skills:
Functional knowledge of D365 Supply Chain & Finance.
Strong SQL query-writing capability.
Experience with ETL tools including Azure Data Factory.

Required Skills:

Experience (Years): 4-6 Essential Skills: Work with project teams throughout the organization to design implement and manage CDN infrastructure using Akamai to ensure high availability performance and scalability for customer facing applications and business processes. Handle multiple priorities and assignments with excellence and precision. Be a part of a 24/7/365 organization (some after hours support is expected as part of normal on-call rotation). Directly support line of business development teams provide guidance to them on implementation and changes for customer facing applications Develop and maintain security protocols and measures to protect CDN infrastructure from cyber threats. Monitor and analyze network performance identifying and resolving issues to optimize content delivery of critical applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Akamai CDN solutions with existing systems and applications. Collaborate with information security teams to implement DDoS protection strategies and other security measures in the CDN. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams regarding CDN and security best practices. Work closely with vendor and professional service teams on delivery related activities and strategy. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. OR similar work experience. Strong understanding of network protocols (HTTP/HTTPS DNS TCP/IP). Proven experience as a CDN Engineer or similar role with a strong focus on -depth knowledge of Content Delivery Network technologies including caching load balancing and content optimization. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience supporting 24/7/365 customer facing applications at enterprise scale. Awareness and experience with cybersecurity tools and practices such as firewalls intrusion detection/prevention systems and encryption. Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. Python Bash) a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CEH) are a plus but not required.
