Are you a Certified School Psychologist with a passion for making a positive impact on childrens lives Look no further! Clarifi Staffing Solutions is actively seeking an exceptional School Psychologist for the current school year. As an integral part of our team you will have the opportunity to perform testing on-site while enjoying the flexibility of remote work for the remaining days.
At Clarifi Staffing Solutions we firmly believe that a nurturing school environment plays a vital role in a childs overall development. As the School Psychologist you will play a crucial role in planning implementing coordinating and evaluating school health services. Your objective will be to maximize in-class time by reducing health-related absenteeism minimize learning-impairing health problems and foster the highest level of independent functioning possible.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate counseling instruction and mentoring to students facing social emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Promote wellness and resilience by reinforcing communication skills social skills problem-solving abilities anger management self-regulation self-determination and optimism.
- Conduct observations of students in classrooms and various school settings to gain valuable insights.
Requirements
- Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
- National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) certification is preferred but not required.
- Hold a Masters degree or higher in School Psychology Educational Psychology or a closely related discipline.
- Possess a valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate in School Psychology or be eligible to obtain state certification.
