Job Summary
As the Inventory Specialist you are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and executing timely purchasing to support uninterrupted recycling and manufacturing operations.
What youre responsible for:
- Monitoring inventory levels and reorder points to prevent shortages or excess stock
- Executing RFQs evaluating quotes and issuing purchase orders based on price and lead time
- Maintaining accurate inventory data in Maximo through cycle counts and physical audits
- Tracking purchase orders deliveries and returns while resolving discrepancies
- Partnering with operations and maintenance to anticipate needs and communicate timelines
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in inventory purchasing or materials management within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- You have experience managing inventory counts reorder points and purchase orders across a highvolume parts environment
- You have working knowledge of inventory systems (Maximo preferred) and are comfortable using Excel
- You are highly organized detailoriented and capable of managing priorities independently
- You are proactive selfmotivated and communicate effectively with operations maintenance and vendors
