Job Summary
Claims Manager Mobility Purchasing Quality - M/PUQ-JaP
- Responsibility of assuring quality of sourced parts from business Partners.
- Monitor and manage complaints in accordance with the 8D method.
- Sustainable problem solving - Fault analysis and plausibility check.
- Secure delivery to production and customer.
- Trigger complaint to supplier.
- Information to other plants (Q-alert) as part Lessons Learnt about the failures.
- Trigger Supplier Escalation process - E1 to E4.
- Charging to business partners against non-conformity occurred at Bosch.
- Leveraging the usage of various IT tools and further identify digitalization. potential to improve effectiveness & efficiency of the processes.
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering)
- Minimum 3 years experience in the area of Quality Management in Automotive domain
- Knowledge of various inspection methods & NDT
- Basic process knowledge of various manufacturing methods such as turning stamping injection molding casting forging etc.
- Competence in core quality tools such as Problem-Solving techniques FMEA Shainin techniques etc.
- Familiarity in usage of SAP QM module
Additional Information :
- To be movable to other locations should be ready to travel across globe to visit Business partners.
- Knowledge of Deutsch language (German Language) would be added advantage.
