Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Master Data Management Analyst with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our team in the wholesale industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the integrity of our master data ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and supporting business operations with accurate and timely data.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Master Data Management. Oversee the complete lifecycle of master data including creation and maintenance.
- Create and modify supplier records ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain product information including item descriptions pricing and specifications.
- Update and manage customer records ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Data Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure all master data entries are accurate and completed within the designated timeframes.
- Utilize SAP and Oracle ERP platforms for master data management tasks.
- Ensure Data Quality consistently for the tasks delivered.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce or relevant qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in master data management preferably within the wholesale industry.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle ERP platforms is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work proactively and independently managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
