Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic results-driven and high-energy Wellness Sales Executive to accelerate revenue growth and expand our client base across all wellness verticals. This is a fully target-driven commission-focused role designed for ambitious sales professionals who thrive in performance-based environments and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

The Wellness Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue increasing sales volume and acquiring new guests through multiple channels including corporate partnerships strategic collaborations wellness events and personalized direct consultations. The role requires a proactive hunter mindsetidentifying opportunities generating leads nurturing prospects and confidently closing high-value wellness programs packages and long-term memberships.

This position plays a critical role in achieving the organizations commercial objectives. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills exceptional relationship-building abilities and a deep understanding of consultative selling within the wellness lifestyle hospitality or luxury service sector. They must be capable of presenting tailored wellness solutions that align with client needs while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key success factors include:

  • Consistently meeting and exceeding aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Developing and managing a robust pipeline of corporate and individual clients
  • Converting leads into premium wellness packages and membership programs
  • Building long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
  • Representing the brand professionally at events networking functions and partnership meetings

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 35 years of proven sales experience preferably within wellness luxury hospitality spa fitness healthcare or lifestyle services.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based or performance-driven environment.
  • Strong networking and business development skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients high-net-worth individuals and strategic partners.
  • Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored wellness solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with confidence in conducting wellness consultations and closing sales.
  • Self-motivated energetic and results-oriented with a proactive hunter mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage due to international clientele.
