Executive Assistant to GM and Sustainability Coordinator

• Provide full administrative support to the General Manager including calendar management scheduling and correspondence
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the GM.
• Prepare reports presentations and meeting minutes for executive meetings.
• Assist in planning organizing and executing sustainability initiatives (e.g. Earth Day recycling drives zerowaste campaigns sustainability workshops).
• Prepare sustainability communication materials (newsletters posters intranet updates).
• Engage with stakeholders including guests employees and local communities to promote sustainability awareness and initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles (13 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good in Thai and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience supporting hospitality sustainability programs or ESG reporting.
