Job Summary

As Chef de Partie we expect from you: 

  • To work as part of a team in a constructive manner that enables the hotel to achieve the objective of being a market leader in the luxury hotel sector
  • To maintain a high standard of specified work in accordance with the Executive Chef
  • Be responsible for checking the quality of all food production in the kitchen and maintaining the highest standard achievable
  • Ensure adherence to the hotels Food Safety and Health & Safety policies at all times
  • Perform other duties as required by the department head from time to time

  • CCNL Turismo/Alberghi 
  • Disponibilità full-time 6 giorni su 7
  • Vitto e alloggio in appartamento condiviso (camera doppia) utenze a carico aziendale
  • Formazione interna su procedure gestione e standard Relais & Châteaux
  • Inserimento nel circuito HR Relais & Châteaux e partecipazione al Relais Team program
  • Possibilità di trasferte per formazione specifica
  • Accesso agevolato ai servizi dellhotel secondo policy aziendale

 

  • Seasonal fixed-term contract (March September 2026) with the possibility of confirmation for the following season
  • Tourism CCNL
  • Full-time availability 6 days out of 7
  • Board and lodging in a shared apartment (double rooms) utilities covered by the company
  • Internal training on procedures management and Relais & Châteaux standards
  • Integration into the Relais & Châteaux HR circuit and participation in the Relais Team program
  • Possibility of travel for specific training
  • Discounted access to hotel services according to company policy
