- Oversee quality assurance processes to meet ISO and Australian Standards compliance including developing and maintaining quality management systems.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external quality audits ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and proper documentation.
- Monitor quality performance data implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement in quality and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and process improvements.
- Maintain and improve Quality systems for large manufacturing facilities including ISO-14001 ISO-9001 and ISO-45001 compliance.
- Demonstrate safety leadership and ensure adherence to Sika Australias Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage documentation implementation and maintenance of quality procedures and records within the Sika Management System (SMS).
- Determine company training needs and collect and analyse quality data to support improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years experience in a quality-related role.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant ISO Standards Codes of Practice and statutory requirements.
- Experience in planning executing and closing out audits.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to coordinate across departments.
- Excellent analytical skills including ability to assimilate and process large amounts of data.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills using objective and timely data.
- Effective planning and delegation skills.
