QA Specialist

• Oversee quality assurance processes to meet ISO and Australian Standards compliance including developing and maintaining quality management systems.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external quality audits ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and proper documentation.
• Monitor quality performance data implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement in quality and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and process improvements.
• Maintain and improve Quality systems for large manufacturing facilities including ISO-14001 ISO-9001 and ISO-45001 compliance.
• Demonstrate safety leadership and ensure adherence to Sika Australias Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage documentation implementation and maintenance of quality procedures and records within the Sika Management System (SMS).
• Determine company training needs and collect and analyse quality data to support improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years experience in a quality-related role.
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant ISO Standards Codes of Practice and statutory requirements.
• Experience in planning executing and closing out audits.
• Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to coordinate across departments.
• Excellent analytical skills including ability to assimilate and process large amounts of data.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills using objective and timely data.
• Effective planning and delegation skills.
