About the Role
You will play a lead role supporting our customers in monitoring and triage system incidents and managing issues through to resolution.
- Responsible formonitoringtheIFS customersecurity state
- Analyze real time events andtriageincidentsbased on theseverityof the situation
- Identify/gather requireddata to execute investigations into information security incidents and investigations
- Identifyand support improvingreverentinformation security gaps
- Administrate&maintainsecurity operationtoolsand services
- Maintain keen understandingand provide adequatesecurity advisoryon threats and vulnerabilities.
- Support customer compliance reviews audit activities and due diligence by assessing and validating customer security questionnaires and evidence
- Contributetoimprovingdepartmentaldocumentation.
- Ensuring strong customer engagement and managing issues through to resolution
Qualifications :
About You
- A degree in Information Security Computer Science or Information Technology with2 years of experience in security operations or information security role
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Knowledge in SIEMXDRcloud security threatsmalwareprotectionand vulnerability management.
- Understanding in MITRE framework
- One or combination of: CEH / ECSA / Security or other similarqualifications.
- Any cloud security specificcertification or other qualifications is an added advantage.
- Previousexperience of one of Cloud providers (Amazon Web Services Microsoft Azure Google Cloud)
