Finance Lead, Botox Tx

The Botox Tx Finance Lead will be primarily responsible for the planning development and analysis of the Botox Tx SG&A budget. The position will lead developing accurate/timely projections of spend for all Plan LBE LRP Portfolio and Actual submissions. The individual builds and maintains knowledge of the business through close communication across a variety of cross-functional partners including executives Marketing & Sales Management Marketing Analytics and Business Insights and Commercial Finance. Additional responsibilities with proven success include assisting in volume forecast development and reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Primarily responsible for budget development and system loads for Plan LRP & LBEs supporting SG&A of $300MM for the Botox Therapeutic business unit. 
• Manages multiple stakeholders including the Botox Tx VP Head of Sales and Head of Marketing answering queries and providing analysis on a timely basis to support decision making
• Operates independently to prepare and create reporting/key metric packages
• Month end journal entry analysis and preparation as required
• Provides value added monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis to the business
• Manages all system requirements including cost/profit center structure and maintenance
• Ad hoc analysis as required to support the business.

Qualifications :

• BS/BA in Analytics Mathematics/Statistics Business Economics Finance Accounting Operations or Marketing
• A minimum of combined 6 experience in analytics forecasting and/or financial planning and analysis is required
• Must have strong analytical technical and problem-solving skills along with good interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels of management
• Ability to triangulate a wide variety of data sets and analytics
• Agility to prioritize and quickly understand issues and assess data integrity is critical due to challenging deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills are required; strong PowerPoint skills are preferred
• Ability to work independently and self-starter supporting the business and forecasting leadership in variety of locations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Previous pharmaceutical and forecasting experience is preferred
