About the role

Are you seeking an opportunity to shape the quality of impactful digital banking products We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Test Engineer to join a User Experience Product Acceptance team within a leading financial institution in this role you will support the reliability and performance of web and mobile solutions within an agile environment collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure structured testing continuous improvement and consistently high-quality digital delivery.

What youll do

• Review and analyze business and system specifications

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to ensure feature quality

• Design document and execute comprehensive test cases

• Perform functional testing across web and mobile platforms

• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device validation

• Execute API testing and validate system integrations

• Record track and manage defects in line with quality standards

• Support troubleshooting and assist in root cause analysis

• Perform regression post-release and post-implementation testing

• Contribute to quality assurance throughout the full SDLC

• Define and monitor key product quality KPIs

• Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior management

Who you are

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related discipline

• Minimum 23 years of professional experience as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer

• Demonstrated experience in developing detailed test plans and structured test cases

• Strong ability to identify document and troubleshoot software defects

• Proven experience with test management tools

• Hands-on experience with API testing tools including Postman and SOAP UI (mandatory) as well as familiarity with Swagger and WireMock

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery models

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment

• High level of accuracy diligence and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Fluency in Greek and English both written and spoken (mandatory)
