TryHackMe is one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity training platforms in the world. We help millions of people learn cybersecurity through hands-on gamified challenges.
Were hiring a Growth Product Designer to help us accelerate acquisition activation engagement and monetisation across our B2C product.
This is not a generic UX role.
This is a designer embedded in growth - shipping experiments weekly owning conversion metrics and directly influencing revenue.
Youll partner closely with Growth Product Managers across activation and monetisation squads.
Your mission:
Design ship and iterate experiments that measurably improve key growth metrics.
You will:
Design and launch high-velocity experiments (A/B tests pricing tests onboarding improvements upsell flows paywalls landing pages)
Translate hypotheses into testable experiences
Make fast trade-offs between polish and speed
Contribute to experiment ideation - not just execution
Use data to inform design decisions and refine direction
Help define what good looks like in conversion activation and retention flows
Balance short-term optimisation with long-term product quality
Your work will directly impact:
Free Premium conversion
New user activation rates
Monetisation experiments (pricing bundles flash sales localisation)
Core user journey friction
This role is for someone who cares about measurable impact not just visual quality.
In your first 3 months wed expect you to:
Ship experiments at high velocity
Increase key conversion metrics (not just launch designs)
Reduce friction in core user flows
Build strong collaboration with PMs and engineers
Bring structure to growth design decisions
Raise the quality bar without slowing experimentation
Have 3 years designing consumer web or app experiences
Have worked in a growth optimisation or experimentation-heavy environment
Understand A/B testing principles and experimentation trade-offs
Are comfortable working with product analytics (Amplitude HotJar etc.)
Care about business outcomes as much as user experience
