Job Summary
We are excited to be working with an Outstanding secondary school in Birmingham to recruit a high-calibre and strategic School Business Manager. This full-time permanent position is available for an immediate start and offers a fantastic opportunity to lead the schools non-teaching functions. We are looking for an individual with an inspirational approach to resource management ensuring the schools engine room supports a consistently outstanding quality of teaching and learning.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the schools financial strategy including long-term budget planning
Oversee the administrative faculty premises and health and safety teams
Collaborate with the Headteacher and Governors to ensure high standards of compliance
Implement creative and efficient systems to enhance the schools productivity
Act as a dedicated point of contact for external stakeholders and service providers
Qualifications and Experience
DSBM/CSBM or a degree in Business Finance or a related field
Significant experience in school business management or senior operations
Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of professional conduct
Must have the right to work in the UK
