Journey to Freedom Consulting & Academy is expanding and seeking a Strategic Career Advisor to guide individuals through career transitions personal development and flexible work pathways all within an independent performancebased remote model.
What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead structured consultative conversations via Zoom or phone
- Support individuals exploring career change personal growth or worklife redesign
- Apply a relationshipcentered needsbased communication approach
- Clearly explain program pathways expectations and learning outcomes
- Track notes updates and followups using CRM and digital tools
- Manage your own schedule performance metrics and workflow independently
