- Advise industrial occupiers on property strategies that optimise operations.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver service excellence across the property cycle.
- Lead client meetings prepare reports and act as a key liaison for strategy implementation.
- Drive business development through market engagement forums and targeted outreach.
- Secure new tenant representation assignments and identify cross-business opportunities.
- Contribute to financial performance budgeting and revenue growth.
- Collaborate across teams to foster a culture of referrals and shared success.
- Stay ahead of market trends through continuous learning and industry engagement.
Qualifications :

- 510 years experience in property advisory or tenant representation.
- Strong understanding of the industrial property market and leasing fundamentals.
- LFR experience an advantage with flexibility to work with clients holistically across sectors.
- Proven success in solution sales to corporate clients at board level.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Financial acumen and ability to deliver strategic insights.
- A performance-driven mindset with a collaborative spirit.
