Job Summary
Were looking for a Junior Project Coordinator ready to develop their career in tech project management. Youll be supporting our team and project manager in efficiently managing projects. You will be involved in various activities related to planning monitoring coordination and verification of project tasks. Additionally youll help the team carry out projects as efficiently as possible.
In your role youll be responsible for:
- supporting retainer clients by staying in regular contact helping coordinate communication and working closely with the team to make sure client requests are handled smoothly.
- providing support in planning coordinating and monitoring tasks & project progress.
- assisting in preparing project documentation and creating/managing tasks on platforms like Asana and Notion.
- aiding in some project tasks on the HubSpot platform including content updates.
- carrying out other project management-related tasks.
Qualifications :
We are looking for someone who:
- has tech-savvy skills
- has experience in organizing work for herself themselves or others
- is detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- prioritizing tasks comes naturally
- possesses a very good command of English - B2 at least
Nice to have:
Some experience with business clients
We are open to both - students and graduates.
