Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Intern at Veritas Automata plays a key role in supporting our Growth team by strengthening our digital presence and executive thought leadership. As a member of the marketing team you will support social media planning audience engagement and digital content distribution to ensure our brandremains consistent and visible across platforms.
Your work will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness and maintaining an active presence within regulated industries. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth you will gain exposure to B2B marketing strategy executive positioning and content planning in a fast-moving technology environment. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to develop practical marketing skills while supporting leadership visibility and company growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support planning and organization of social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram with future expansion to TikTok
- Maintain and update the social media editorial calendar
- Schedule approved posts and ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Engage with audiences through thoughtful liking commenting and responding to messages
- Research relevant industry topics trends and hashtags aligned with company positioning
- Upload approved webinar recordings short clips and other content to YouTube ensuring proper titles descriptions tags and formatting
- Maintain consistency in YouTube descriptions and formatting based on internal guidelines
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions and content planning discussions
- Ensure consistency in tone formatting and brand alignment across all digital posts
- Implementing strategic recommendations based on analytics insights of marketing campaign performance
- Conduct keyword research and content research to inform social media posts and podcast topic development
- Identify trending industry topics and high-interest themes using search data and platform insights and make data-driven content decisions based on internal marketing analytics reports
- Perform additional digital marketing tasks
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in an associate degree program in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field
- Understanding of the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry. Background within this industry is a plus
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram; TikTok familiarity is a plus
- Basic familiarity with YouTube as a content platform
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and posting instructions carefully
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Professional written and verbal English communication skills
- Might have to attend company and community events in person to represent Veritas Automata
