As a Department Manager Trainee youll work closely with the Department Manager and other leaders to learn how to drive commercial success lead a team and create an inspiring store environment. Youll be supported through structured training and real-time feedback with the goal of stepping into a Department Manager role in the near future.
- Deliver a high level of customer service through styling advice product knowledge and an engaging store experience
- Learn to analyse sales data and contribute to strategies that maximise department performance
- Support and motivate Sales Advisors to consistently achieve service and presentation standards
- Assist in recruitment onboarding and training of new team members
- Contribute to identifying and developing future talent within the team
- Help oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards
- Act as a brand ambassador inspiring customers and colleagues with your enthusiasm for ARKET
- Step into leadership responsibilities when needed with guidance and support from senior managers
