At Home Instead Cheshunt we provide high-quality relationship-led home care for older adults and were now looking for compassionate dependable carers to join our growing team.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll support clients in their own homes helping them stay independent safe and connected. Your role will include:

Personal care (washing dressing toileting)
Medication support and safe mobility assistance
Companionship and meaningful conversation
Meal preparation shopping and light household tasks
Dementia and complex needs support
Accompanying clients to appointments or social activities

No rushed 15-minute visits we focus on quality care and real relationships.

Pay & Benefits

Paid travel time 30p per mile mileage

What Were Looking For

No Previous experience is necessary (Full / Paid Training Provided)
Confidence with personal care moving & handling and medication support
Full UK driving licence & own vehicle (essential)
Good spoken and written English
Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
