As an Inside Sales professional within our energetic and commercially driven team you will play a central role in helping companies across Luxembourg hire smarter and grow faster. This position blends new business acquisition with strategic account management giving you the opportunity not only to win new clients but also to nurture expand and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
You will act as a trusted partner to businesses of all sizes uncovering their recruitment challenges matching them with the right solutions and guiding them through an exceptional customer experience. Your Responsibilities:
Deliver commercial impact through a focused mix of prospecting consultative selling and client care:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching market trends targeting highpotential prospects and consistently generating a qualified pipeline through outbound activity.
- Build and maintain strong longterm client relationships ensuring you understand each customers hiring needs challenges and goals.
- Conduct highquality sales conversations positioning our products with confidence tailoring solutions and demonstrating clear value throughout the sales cycle.
- Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales process from prospecting discovery and product explanation through to negotiation and closing while also supporting the ongoing success of existing accounts.
- Update and track all activities in the CRM ensuring accurate forecasting pipeline visibility and effective collaboration across the commercial team.
Qualifications :
Bring strong commercial instincts excellent communication and the motivation to perform at a high level:
- Proven experience in Business Development Inside Sales Agency Recruitment or a similar B2B sales role ideally in a fastpaced or targetdriven environment.
- Outstanding communication skills in French and English enabling you to influence persuade and build rapport with diverse stakeholders; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor recommendations to customer needs and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Selfmotivated energetic and resilient mindset with the ability to thrive under KPIs manage priorities effectively and maintain momentum through challenges.
- Collaborative and solutionoriented approach showing initiative ownership and a genuine desire to contribute positively to team performance and customer success.
