Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to drive cab solutions development and workload planning for our engineering group. This is a dual-role position combining technical leadership with strategic planning responsibilities directly impacting our defense vehicle projects from concept to industrialization.
Qualifications :
University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in cab design or similar automotive domains
Extensive knowledge of cab design engineering including sheet metal and plastics
Strong experience with 3D CAD tools such as Creo or Catia and PDM systems
Experience and interest in planning and connected tools is a plus
Fluent in Swedish
