Job Summary

  • Answer and respond to inbound phone calls regarding resolving customer issues delivery times quotes general/first level technical product information samples and other general enquiries.
  • Maintain internal email mailbox.
  • Order entry on SAP.
  • Process invoices and credits.
  • Customer support and enquiries .
  • Liaise with freight providers for delivery coordination.
  • Provide assistance to Sales and Logistics teams.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience within Customer Service/Call Centre or similar role.
  • Have a strong understanding of Customer Service principles.
  • Be self-motivated quick leaner with a can do attitude.
  • Have excellent interpersonal / communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Have excellent computer skills / administrative skills.
