Job Summary
- Greet patients as they arrive
- Answer phones
- Check patients in and out
- Enter demographics and insurance into EMR
- Schedule appointments
- Conduct insurance verification
Qualifications :
- Customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Candidates must consent to and pass a criminal background check
Job Type:
- Full-Time: Monday-Thursday 7:45/8:15 am to 4:30/5:00 pm and Fridays 8:00am to 1:00pm
Experience:
- 2 years medical assistant experience required dermatology preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications:
- Administrative Assistant certificate preferred but not required
