As an E-commerce Apprentice within the business EMEA team you will support the team in improving platform performance enhancing the customer experience on the wesbite and ensuring website operational stability.
Your scope will cover feedback collection digital product lifecycle support and platform maintenance.
1. Benchmarking & Feedback collection:
- Assist in gathering and organizing market and competitor insights to identify trends and opportunities for the website (benchmarking).
- Contribute to collecting and consolidating needs from EMEA merchandising and post-purchase teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for external customer service teams regarding bug reports and improvement requests.
- Monitor customer feedback through social listening tools report issues or opportunities and coordinate with relevant teams.
2. Digital Product lifecycle:
- Support the translation of EMEA team requirements into clear product specifications for the digital product team to feed the platform roadmap.
- Participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions focused on platform and consumer experience improvements.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new feature releases.
- Communicate updates on new services and features to external customer service teams.
- Support internal EMEA communication regarding platform and consumer experience enhancements.
3. Platform maintenance & stabilization:
- Assist in creating and tracking IT / technical bug tickets related to website issues.
- Coordinate resolution of bugs reported by customer service (IT-related configuration data) with appropriate teams.
- Perform regular website checks to ensure consistency and stability.
- Maintain and update training materials for tools used by business teams.
Qualifications :
- Preparing Masters degree student or Business School preferably with a focus on digital or e-commerce.
- Proficient in English (reading writing speaking). You will be part of an international team.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to learn new digital tools.
- Autonomous curious with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong interest in digital product management IT projects and ideally industry knowledge (outdoor & digital).
