Job Summary

𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 : Retail Store Manager (Singapore)

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 : Up to SGD 5000 (before tax) 02 months performance bonus

𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 : Retail / Gaming & Anime Merchandise

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : Suntec Mall Singapore

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
Lead the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
Manage staff scheduling training and team supervision
Handle inventory control campaign execution and customer relationships
Report store performance and implement improvement initiatives

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

Singaporean minimum high school qualification
At least 2 years of retail/service management experience (Store Manager experience preferred)
Experience in gaming/anime merchandise retail is an advantage
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Proficient in English and Mandarin

𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 / 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗸𝘀

44 working hours per week (shift-based)
Insurance coverage according to Singapore regulations
Annual performance bonus
