Responsibilities

• Implement optimization solutions by building high-quality campaigns for advertising customers.
• Create keyword packs bidding strategies and budget suggestions tailored to client goals.
• Gather and analyze data at both the account and campaign levels to drive performance.
• Produce detailed reports to support or enhance optimization strategies.
• Apply optimization techniques across Search Search Network (GSN) Mobile and Video channels.
• Identify broader opportunities within accounts to help capture sales potential.
• Maintain a deep understanding of departmental processes and advertising policies.
• Demonstrate innovation and intuition to identify areas for operational improvement.

Requirements

• C1 level proficiency in Dutch (oral and written) and fluent English (B2 level or higher).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• Experience working in a B2B environment with active use of digital advertising tools (e.g. Google Ads).
• Google Ads Search fundamentals certification is considered a major advantage.
• Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Technologically savvy with a genuine interest in digital marketing trends.
• Strong analytical skills critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and apply complex product and process information quickly.
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently with a focus on quality.
