Role Overview:

As a Travel Customer Advisor you will help create seamless and worry-free travel experiences for customers worldwide. By communicating clearly and professionally across various channels youll support clients with reservations modifications cancellations and general travel inquiries. This position is well-suited for individuals who are detail-oriented customer-driven and motivated to develop within the travel and service sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate empathetic and professional assistance via phone email and chat

  • Support customers with bookings itinerary updates cancellations and refund processes

  • Adhere to internal guidelines (SOPs) to resolve cases effectively or escalate when necessary

  • Achieve established performance goals including quality benchmarks and SLA targets

  • Remain informed about travel regulations internal systems and destination requirements through ongoing training

  • Maintain a customer-centric mindset by providing clear efficient and practical solutions

  • Contribute feedback and ideas to optimize processes and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
  • Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
