Job Summary
Hiring: IT Support Specialist (SaaS Retail)
Onsite Pasay City Philippines
We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our Operations Team and support our SaaS retail clients across the Philippines.
If you enjoy solving technical issues working directly with clients and ensuring systems run smoothly this role is for you.

What Youll Do

Provide after-sales service and technical support for SaaS retail clients

Handle software installation system setup and troubleshooting

Resolve network failures hardware issues and IT-related concerns

Deliver client training and ensure smooth system adoption
-
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve incidents

Create and update SOPs to strengthen internal knowledge management
-
Develop manuals guides and documentation to support IT operations
-
Provide support during standard hours and be available for on-call duties when required
Work Schedule
40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
Shift rotation:
-
6:00 AM 3:00 PM
-
9:00 AM 6:00 PM
-
3:00 PM 12:00 AM
Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: PHP 35000 PHP 45000 gross per month

Transportation Allowance: PHP 2500

Meal Allowance: PHP 2500

13th Month Pay (as mandated by law)
What Were Looking For

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience in IT support SaaS systems or retail tech environments preferred

Client-facing experience is a plus
