Are you ready for a fast-paced career move We are looking for Dutch speakers to join our Lisbon team as Digital Marketing Optimization Specialists with a confirmed start date of March 16th. If you are looking to jump into a new role quickly and live in one of Europes most beautiful cities this is for you!
This is a high-impact role where you will act as a strategic partner for businesses helping them master their digital advertising performance.
The Role: Optimization & Strategy
- Expert Guidance: You will implement optimization strategies for high-value customers focusing on Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Technical Mastery: Develop expertise across Googles products including Search Network (GSN) Mobile and YouTube.
- Data-Driven Results: Create keyword packs bid suggestions and budget optimizations based on deep data analysis.
- Performance Focused: Analyze trends and report on KPIs to drive continuous growth for your clients.
The Package: High Earnings & Full Support
- Total Monthly Average: Approximately 2356 gross (including all bonuses).
- Base & Language: 23000 gross annual base 3240 annual Dutch language bonus.
- Daily Support: 7.63 net per working day in meal allowance and a 720 annual transportation bonus.
- Bonuses: A yearly target bonus (5% of base) and comprehensive Health/Life Insurance for you and your family.
Relocation & Work-Life Balance
- Quick Start Bonus: If you are relocating from outside Portugal youll receive a 2000 relocation bonus with your first payroll.
- Housing Assistance: We provide bureaucratic support (NIF/NISS) and help you find a home in Lisbon.
- Schedule: Enjoy your weekends! Work is Monday to Friday 08:00 AM 05:00 PM in a hybrid setup.
What We Need From You
- Fluency in Dutch and professional English skills.
- At least 12 months of experience in ad optimization (Google Facebook or TikTok Ads).
- Immediate Availability: You must be ready to start your journey in Lisbon on March 16th.
