Director of Communications and Public Relations

Position Mission

Leverage the global agenda of Energy Transition & Grid Modernization to position our company as a recognized solution partner within national planning frameworks regulatory systems industry standards and multilateral platforms.

Drive long-term strategic influence beyond commercial sales embedding our technologies into policy roadmaps standards and tender evaluation mechanisms while building lasting societal impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy & Regulatory Engagement
  • Monitor global energy transition grid expansion resilience and transmission
  • investment policies.
  • Engage with TSOs regulators ministries and planning bodies across priority
  • markets.
  • Advocate for the inclusion of the company in:
  • National roadmaps
  • Regulatory guidelines

Technical specifications

Tender frameworks and evaluation criteria

Participate in public consultations industry hearings and regulatory dialogues.

2. Multilateral & Standards Influence

  • Build strategic partnerships with international organizations and industry
  • associations.
  • Lead or co-develop:
  • Research initiatives
  • White papers
  • Joint statements
  • Demonstration programs
  • Drive participation in key standards working groups related to transmission

  • Establish third-party endorsement mechanisms with think tanks research

3. Strategic Ecosystem Development

Establish high-level dialogue with grid operators regulators and energy ministries.

Design and support lighthouse / pilot projects that demonstrate system-level impact.

Develop university and research collaborations to strengthen long-term influence and ecosystem presence.

Build structured government and industry relationship maps in priority regions.

Position the company within public-interest narratives:

  • Develop measurable impact storytelling supported by data and third-party validation.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a senior leader with strong policy intelligence global perspective and industry credibility.

Required Experience

10 years of experience in public affairs policy energy strategy grid infrastructure or international organizations.

Background in transmission power systems energy transition or infrastructure sectors.

Experience engaging with TSOs regulators ministries or multilateral institutions.

Demonstrated ability to influence standards policy frameworks or industry guidelines.

Preferred Background

Experience in energy agencies grid operators multilateral development banks or international energy organizations.

Exposure to transmission planning system operations or grid modernization initiatives.

Strong global network within the energy and infrastructure ecosystem.
