Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound qualified leads and convert them into paying clients
- Conduct sales meetings discovery calls and online presentations with international customers
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions and service offerings
- Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to successfully close deals
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and report daily/weekly sales performance
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Closer Sales Executive or similar role
- Experience in BPO U.S./international campaigns is a strong plus
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work in U.S. time zone
- Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience with CRM tools and modern sales processes
