Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound qualified leads and convert them into paying clients
Conduct sales meetings discovery calls and online presentations with international customers
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions and service offerings
Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to successfully close deals
Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline
Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Maintain accurate records in CRM and report daily/weekly sales performance
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Closer Sales Executive or similar role
Experience in BPO U.S./international campaigns is a strong plus
Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Ability to work in U.S. time zone
Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Experience with CRM tools and modern sales processes
