Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage ticket-based inquiries submitted through the app. You will assist users with account-related concerns access issues and content-related reports while following structured internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve incoming support tickets
  • Classify user issues accurately using internal systems
  • Provide clear and professional written responses
  • Follow escalation procedures for complex cases
  • Review flagged content when assigned under Trust & Safety

Requirements

  • Strong written English skills
  • Ability to work in a structured process-driven environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working on rotating shifts including weekends
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens if required
  • Clear background check
  • Facebook account required for system access (can be created if needed)
