Your Mission
As an Account Executive youll be the trusted advisor for agency partnershelping them unlock growth through tailored advertising strategies. Youll combine outbound prospecting with warm leads turning opportunities into long-term high-value partnerships.
What Youll Be Doing
Business Development & Sales Ownership
Proactively identify research and win high-potential agency partners through outbound prospecting (calls emails networking)
Manage and convert inbound leads generated by the BDR team
Own the full sales cyclefrom first outreach to pitch negotiation and deal closure
Strategic Consulting
Understand each agencys client portfolio objectives and media strategies
Present tailored advertising solutions (e.g. Promoted Pins Shopping Ads Video Ads) aligned with client goals
Translate data insights into compelling revenue-driving narratives
Account Growth & Relationship Management
Build and grow a portfolio of agency partners driving long-term revenue
Run regular performance reviews with stakeholders (planners buyers account leads)
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while removing barriers to investment
Product Expertise & Market Influence
Act as a go-to expert on advertising solutions platform updates and best practices
Educate agencies to maximize campaign performance and ROI
Provide feedback to internal teams to improve lead quality and go-to-market strategy
Pipeline & Performance Management
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and account data in Salesforce
Collaborate closely with BDRs to align on target accounts and strategy
What You Bring
C2 Dutch C1 English (written & spoken)
Experience in digital advertising sales media agencies or agency-facing roles
Proven success in outbound prospecting pipeline building and closing deals
Strong understanding of agency structures and media buying processes
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Familiarity with platforms like Pinterest Ads Meta or Google Ads is a strong plus
Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
Results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
