About the Role
We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Renewals Specialist to join a dynamic Cloud Solutions team in Má this role you will be responsible for managing customer renewals maintaining long-term client relationships and supporting revenue retention within a cloud-based solutions environment.
You will act as a key point of contact for customers approaching contract renewal ensuring a smooth proactive and value-driven renewal experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and drive the renewal lifecycle for assigned customers.

Proactively engage customers ahead of contract expiration to secure timely renewals.

Explain product value contract terms and pricing clearly and professionally.

Identify risks address objections and collaborate with internal teams to retain customers.
-
Update and maintain accurate customer and contract data in CRM systems.
-
Meet or exceed renewal targets and KPIs.
-
Collaborate with Sales Account Management and Customer Success teams.
-
Ensure a high-quality customer experience aligned with company standards.
Requirements
-
Fluent Norwegian (C2/native level).
-
English B2 level or higher.
-
Previous experience in renewals account management customer success or sales support is preferred.

Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
-
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
