Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor Porto (Accommodation Provided)
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to join an international team in Porto Portugal supporting a well-known client in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role overview
As a Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers providing high-quality support and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will handle inquiries resolve issues and deliver solutions via phone email and chat.
Key responsibilities

Provide customer support in Dutch (C1) and basic English

Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally

Resolve issues complaints and requests

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch speaker

Good level of English (B2 or higher)
