We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our remote team. The Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient service delivery by managing schedules coordinating field personnel and serving as the primary communication liaison between clients and internal teams.
This is a fully remote position; however candidates must reside within the United States and hold valid U.S. work authorization.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule service appointments and field technicians
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
Maintain accurate service records in internal systems
Communicate updates delays and resolutions to customers
Collaborate with operations billing and technical teams
Prepare reports and track service performance metrics
Handle escalations professionally and efficiently
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the United States
Must have valid U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available)
2 years of experience in service coordination dispatching customer service or administrative support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a remote environment
Background in field service maintenance logistics or technical support industries
Familiarity with scheduling or dispatch software
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday
Standard business hours aligned with U.S. time zones
Occasional overtime may be required
